About

Artist - Designer - Storyteller

My art is inspired by letting go of perfection, embracing the unknown and continuing to move forward, especially on the days when you don’t feel good enough.

Always remember… you don’t owe anyone an explanation for prioritizing your happiness!

As a former boutique owner, I’ve connected with thousands of women who have inspired me with their stories in more ways than I can ever explain.

I’ve spent the last decade learning how colors, patterns and textures all work together to create a cohesive collection of clothes that make women FEEL GOOD.

My love for art and creativity started at an early age when I discovered a closet full of fabric under the staircase at my grandmothers house and when she taught me to sew.

One month after I graduated from high school I left my small town to study Art and Fashion Design in New York City.

I was eager to learn and interned for companies such as Fendi and Tommy Hilfiger. I also worked several seasons New York Fashion Week from steaming clothes back stage to writing trend reports from the front row.

When I turned 21 years old, I found out I was going to be a mom. I was excited, terrified and faced with a decision…

Do I continue to chase my dream of Fashion? Or do I give up and get a “real job” to support my daughter and I.

The easy answer was to get a stable job. But I knew my heart that I could never look my daughter in her eyes one day and tell her to follow her dreams if I had given up on mine.

So I spent the next 10 years building my dream business and bringing fashion to my small town.

When I started my business I didn’t have any money, I was eventually a single mama to two kids and I was figuring it out all on my own, but I stayed motivated, fought through the hard times and I made it work.

By the time I was 30 years old, I grew that business to multi million dollars in sales.

During the pandemic in 2020, we were forced to close our business doors. I had spent the previous years building our online presence and thankfully not only did the boutique survive during Covid, we truly thrived.

Like a lot of people during this time, my priorities shifted. I had this overwhelming feeling that it was time to turn the page in my story.

After ten amazing years, I decided to officially close the doors to my boutique in 2022… with my head held high, proud of all that I had accomplished - I was ready for the next chapter of my life.

I’ve spent the last two years rediscovering my love for art and design, slowing down to figure out what makes me happy and most importantly, spending as much time as possible with my husband and our three kids.

My wish for anyone who discovers my art or hangs one of paintings in their home, is that my journey inspires them to rewrite their story when ever they want.

To let go of expectations of others, to dream big and to design a life they truly love!
